Thank you for shopping with The Luxe Collective Group. Please review this policy carefully before completing your purchase. By placing an order through our Shopify store, you agree to the terms below.
This policy applies to all brands operating under The Luxe Collective Group, including Luxe Made Designs, Luxe Made Digital, and Kel Makes.
Digital Products
All digital products are final sale.
Digital downloads are delivered immediately upon purchase. Due to the nature of digital content, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on digital products.
If you experience a technical issue accessing your download, please contact us at kel@theluxeco.net for assistance. Refunds will not be issued for digital products.
Custom & Personalized Items
All custom or personalized items are non-refundable and non-returnable.
This includes made-to-order items, personalized designs, or any products created specifically for a customer. Once production has begun, these orders cannot be canceled, refunded, or exchanged.
Print-on-Demand Products
Print-on-demand items are created specifically for each order and are final sale.
We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

Incorrect sizing

Buyer’s remorse
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

Clear photos showing the issue
If approved, we will offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion. Refunds are not guaranteed.
Shipping Issues
The Luxe Collective Group is not responsible for:

Lost or stolen packages marked as delivered

Incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout

Cancellations
Orders cannot be canceled once they have been processed or entered production. Digital products are delivered immediately and cannot be canceled after purchase.
